P5 REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our premium products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the criteria below.
Section 1: Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For the protection of all our customers and to maintain the purity and integrity of our clinical-grade formulations, Luminary Fourteen strictly adheres to health and safety regulations.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 2):

|
Health and Hygiene: Due to the risk of contamination, bacteria transfer, and tampering once the original seal is broken, opened items are non-resalable and pose a public health risk.

Products Lacking Original Seal/Packaging
|
The original seal verifies the product's integrity and shelf life. Without it, we cannot guarantee the product's efficacy or safety.

|
Intimate or Personal Tools
|
Tools such as facial rollers, cleansing brushes, and micro-current devices that have been removed from their sealed hygiene packaging.
|
|
Gift Cards and Digital Products
|
These are immediately accessible or redeemable and are not physical products that can be returned.

Section 2: Handling Damaged or Defective Items
We take full responsibility for items damaged during the shipping process. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective measure.
Protocol for Damaged/Defective Claims:
- Do Not Return the Item: Please do not send the damaged product back to us or the fulfillment center.
- Immediate Proof Required: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide the following:
- Your Order Number.
- A photograph clearly showing the damage to the product (e.g., broken bottle, leaking seal).
- A photograph of the exterior shipping box/packaging.
- Resolution: Upon review of the satisfactory and sufficient evidence, Luminary Fourteen will immediately offer you a free replacement of the same product or a full refund to your original payment method.
Section 3: Standard Returns (Unopened/Sealed Products Only)
For any item that is unopened, unused, and still in its original, sealed packaging:
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to cover processing costs.
- Process: Contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the exact return address for our fulfilment centre.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shabirbangah@hotmail.com.
