P5 DETAILED SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing and Handling
- Our Promise: As a luxury brand, we prioritize swift fulfillment to ensure product integrity. Your satisfaction begins the moment you place your order.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers (located in the US and EU) within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the following business day.
- Processing Confirmation: You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (customs, carrier delays, severe weather).
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Tracking: All orders include comprehensive door-to-door tracking.
- Notification: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- Carrier: We utilize a network of premium, vetted carriers, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)
- Responsibility: Luminary Fourteen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Valuation: We are required to declare the accurate value of all contents on the outside of your package.
5. Shipping Errors and Loss/Damage
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy (Section 2). Do not return the item. We require photo evidence within 7 days of delivery for a prompt, free replacement or full refund.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Check all exterior doors and common areas for packages.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
